Full Bike Assembly


We ship complete bicycles to you in a 99% assembled state in the Contiguous United States. This means that minor assembly of the bicycle handlebar and front wheel is required. Please note that Evil does not provide necessary tools to complete final assembly. 

    Details

    Once we receive your order we will start building your new bike. Full Bike Assembly normally takes 4-10 business days to complete, and this may vary. 

    Full Bike Assembly will ship via Fedex Ground services and will require an adult signature at time of delivery. You may request by contacting Evil via Email or Phone to opt out "signature required" at your own risk. Evil is not responsible for theft or loss once the carrier has deemed parcels delivered. 

    Shipping Information

    Full Bike Assembly orders from Evil-bikes.com will ship from our assembly location in Temecula, CA. Any soft goods, warranty items, or service items will ship from our Bellingham, WA Headquarters. 

    Most orders are available to ship in 3-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Your order may be delayed if we are missing your phone number or if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit card information).

    We process, ship, and deliver orders on business days only. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

     

    PLEASE NOTE - All complete bike orders to be shipped outside of the lower continental 48 and Canada, will be shipped unassembled. We recommend assembly be handled by your local Evil Bikes dealer. 

    Tracking Your Order

    We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. It will include a UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking number. A separate email will be sent for each shipment.

    Changes

    Once we have processed an order we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.

    Claims

    If your package is delivered and shows signs of damage or has been tampered with, please ensure that photos are taken of the outer carton and/or physical product. Photos and description of damage must be sent to info@evil-bikes.com within 5 days of receiving product.
